You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, or share on FoodShroom, including listing photos, descriptions, profile information, messages, and reviews.

By uploading or posting content, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and share that content, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. You grant FoodShroom a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use your content within the Service for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

You are responsible for ensuring that your listings are accurate, lawful, and do not misrepresent goods, farmland, jobs, transport, or services. FoodShroom may remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law, and may suspend or terminate accounts responsible for such content.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or infringes another's rights.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Using the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempting to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform.

4. Transactions and Payments

FoodShroom facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction between users. You are responsible for arranging payment, delivery, and dispute resolution directly with the other party. Payments made through MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money are processed by the respective provider under its own terms.

5. Listings and Fees

Certain listings, such as farmland, may require a listing fee and administrative approval before becoming visible. FoodShroom reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any listing at its discretion.

6. AI-Generated Content

FoodShroom may display AI-generated sample listings or AI-powered advice, market insights, and crop disease detection. AI outputs are informational only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated information before acting on it.

7. Limitation of Liability

FoodShroom is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoodShroom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from interactions with other users.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
